Our Impact
The IDEA-net project has the potential to create significant impacts on participating universities’ leadership and support staff, as well as stakeholders such as other HEIs, national and regional authorities, and research centers. In the short term, the project will provide an opportunity to develop further strategies that work against social reproduction of inequalities and support an inclusive learning environment. In the medium term, the project will enhance institutional capacities to embed equity and inclusion as core values. In the long term, the project aims to create a more inclusive university culture and improve student outcomes in higher education. The project’s outputs can serve as a role model/strategic package for other universities and institutions, extending its impact to other countries through the partners’ international HE and Diversity networks and Community of Practice.
