Capacity building for IDEA support services
This work package has curated spaces for faculty, administrative staff and students to explore IDEA issues faced on a day-to-day level, helping to build relationshiips needed to drive institutional change.
The creation of an online program for sharing and repurposing resources supporting IDEA work has been developed through piloting in-person workshops to ensure applicability to diverse national, regional, and institutional contexts. The ultimate goal is to become equipped with knowledge and skills conducive to fostering an inclusive campus climate, as well as to create a long-term strategic plan for implementing mutually beneficial relationships, concepts and practices.
