Our approach
The project’s main approach was to contextualise dialogue on increasing support and capacity-building on IDEA. To support this big-picture aim, the project produced a database of good practices of IDEA offices and approaches, guidelines on how to set up an IDEA office, peer-to-peer capacity building modules, and a community of practitioners centered around knowledge-sharing, current trends, and opportunities for cooperation. These outputs served as strategic resources to plan and implement systemic changes.
The project acknowledges that addressing and correcting inequities takes time and a variety of voices and perspectives. The IDEA-net consortium committed three years to continuous service improvement via international cooperation.
